What this Warranty Covers:
This 2-year warranty, commencing from the date of purchase, covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Kooduu will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective products or parts free of charge. A repaired or replaced product will have the remaining warranty of the original product or a minimum of 180 days from the repair/replacement date, whichever is longer.

What this Warranty Does Not Cover:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Misuse
• Neglect
• Accidents
• Unauthorized repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Defects resulting from failure to follow operating instructions
• External factors (e.g., power surges, extreme temperatures)

Obtaining Warranty Service:
To obtain warranty service, contact us with your order number, describing the problem. You may be required to return the defective product. Kooduu will cover return shipping costs for products returned under warranty due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Return Costs:
Returns outside the Warranty Period: For returns outside the warranty period (e.g., customer dissatisfaction), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
