Order Fulfillment - Home Delivery:

  • 25 NIS shipping fee.
  • Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Please ensure someone will be available to receive the delivery during these hours.
  • We aim to deliver between 2-5 business days from your order confirmation. Due to high demand, delays may occur. We will notify you if a delay is anticipated. Deliveries are handled by an external shipping company, There are no deliveries on Fridays or Holidays. 


Order Confirmation:
You will receive an email confirming your order and providing your order number within 48 hours of placing your order.

Delivery Areas:
We deliver nationwide. For remote areas (Eilat, Arava settlements, Negev settlements south of Be'er Sheva, Golan Heights settlements, and the Finger of the Galilee), delivery may take up to 7 business days.
International shipping is not available.

Cancellation Policy:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, as per the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. Consumers with disabilities, senior citizens, or new immigrants have up to four months to cancel (from the order date or receipt date, whichever is later) if the order involved a conversation (including electronic communication) with the seller.

Upon cancellation (excluding cancellations due to defects or discrepancies), you must return the product within 14 days at your own expense, with the original invoice. We will process your refund (or credit card cancellation/credit) within 14 days of receiving your written cancellation notification. A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will apply. Note that some transactions may not be legally cancellable. This does not affect your rights under the law or our warranty conditions.

Returns & Exchanges:
Uninstalled, unused items in their original, unopened packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Visit the Star Fans store (4 Shelavim St., Tel-Aviv) with the product and order confirmation for an exchange or store credit. Store credit will be refunded to your original payment method. Alternatively, you can arrange courier pickup (25 NIS fee) by contacting customer service via email Kooduu@star.co.il or phone *2230.

Return/Exchange Conditions:

  • Items cannot be returned if installed, assembled, or used.
  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

Order Cancellation by KOODUU (Star):We reserve the right to cancel your order if the product is out of stock or if your payment information is incomplete. We will contact you if this occurs. We also reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors resulting from technical malfunctions.
