In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product. Consumers with disabilities, senior citizens, or new immigrants have four months to cancel (from the order date or product receipt date, whichever is later), provided the order involved a conversation (including electronic communication) with the seller.

To cancel your order, please provide the following:

Following Cancellation:

For cancellations (excluding those due to defects or discrepancies), you must return the product within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation, at your own expense, along with the original invoice.  A refund (or credit card cancellation/credit) will be issued within 14 days of receiving your written cancellation notice, less a 5% cancellation fee (minimum NIS 100), directly to the customer.
